SALT LAKE CITY, May 23, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Extra Space Storage Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: EXR) announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share on the common stock of the Company for the second quarter 2019, a 4.7% increase from the previous quarter.  The dividend is payable on June 28, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2019.
